President Obama Announces Overhaul of Nation's Electrical Grid

Obama wants to takeover, and CONTROL our health care system, supposedly so that costs will be contained. The government made a BIG deal about the H1N1 virus, and scared the hell out of everyone they could, insisting we all need a vaccination. Now we need the vaccine, and where is it? Obama, and Sebelius completely f**d it up, and there is nowhere near enough vaccine for everyone!

The VERY FIRST TIME that Obama and his pack of Marxist fools have to deal with a health care crisis they blow it completely!

If those dumb asses can't get a vaccine ready, how are they going to run a health care system that is one sixth of our total economy! Obama is a DISASTER!

Now the fool is going to undertake yet another project he knows nothing about, before he has completed what he's already started. Obama's so called "overhaul of the electric grid" will be another scam to gain control of our lives. Everything he does is calculated to concentrate more power in the federal government.

For those of you who are stupid, or gullible enough to think he will do a good job: Neither Obama, nor over 90% of the fools in the Democrat leadership have ever had a real job, run a business, or done anything outside of politics and education. In other words, they couldn't pour piss out of a boot if the instructions were written on the heel!

yes, and all the jobs will be what????? UNION, and no one will be able to work these jobs if they are not Union. Give me a break, as soon as I read the first paragraph I could see it coming!

What a bunch of morons! Yes over haul a system that in many parts dates to the 1920s. We lose up to 30% of our power though crappy lines and miss managed transmission. Another great idea to put Americans back to work and fix a major problem that hurts our environment and pocket book! Another great project that will reap big paybacks down the line(no pun).

New electric meters on your house are about as far removed from the grid as you can get. The only purpose of the "smart meters" is to increase the cost of electricity to the consumer. Why the federal government has anything to do with buying meters is beyond me.
