California Judge Dismisses 'Birther' Lawsuit

I think the one judge had the right idea--fine that Ruskie thousands of dollars until she bleeds no more. I can't believe that Americans actually listen to that crazy little foreigner--and she's a lawyer no less!

Not forever, just until January of 2013. But, yes, the "birther" movement is pretty stupid. Most of these idiots are not aware of the fact that Hawaii became a state in 1959. The balance seem to think he was actually born in Kenya - good luck proving that.

What I found amusing about the article was the judge's statement that he would leave dealing with the military personnel involved in the suit to the military. The fact is, he didn't have a choice. He has no jurisdiction over alleged violations of the UCMJ. Only military courts do. Was this guy bucking for an appointment to the appelete bench, or what?

I have 1 question that will, or should put all of this to rest.
Can ANYONE please tell me how Obama flew not once, not twice, but 4 times. FOUR times to Pakistan with several of his family members during the time period when American Citizens were BANNED from traveling to that country. Someone? Anyone? Please explain this. What passport did he use???? And before you start with the " Your just a rascist" banter, please remember Obama stated he traveled to Pakistan four times during this period. HOW DID HE DO IT?????? It a very simple question.,

Give it time, Obama will lose the power to tell the judges to drop it after the next election. Than he will be made to show proof when the GOP forces it.

The presiding judge was appointed by President George W. Bush and confirmed by a Republican majority Senate. Look it up in US Government Archives.

Obama is no more a fraud, than Bush was. If you consider Obama's election suspect, then you must also question the results of the two Bush elections. These frivolous lawsuits will NEVER gain credence with anyone of a sound mind.

Obama is keeping his college records secret because he has absolutely nothing to hide, right? Obama has spent over a million dollars to keep his records from being exposed so that proves he has nothing to hide, right?

Oh, PUHLEEZE! You are showing off your ignorance by crying Wolf, er, "RAAAACCCIIIST." Most people who dislike this president, birther or not, do so based upon his policies, not upon the color of his skin. In fact, there are a great many people who still like him, but don't like his policies. There is a real flaw with the arguement that we have his birth certificate, starting with the fact that we DON'T have a birth certificate, but a certificate of live birth - which is NOT the same thing and something that the judge did not take into account in his opinion based on what little I've read of it. Then there is the revelation from Michelle Obama this week that Obama's mother may have been single when she gave birth and thus not married to Obama's father (there is corroborating evidence for this scenario), something even Obama himself acknowledged as being possible. Why spend a million dollars to hide your birth certificate and documentation of your scholastic activities unless you have something to hide; it just doesn't make any sort of logical sense to spend this kind of money defending all this in court if you have told the truth. Other presidents have had their personal histories revealed (remember Bush and the flap over his Reserve records?). Personally, I DO believe he was born here, but he does no-one any favors by continuing to hide his real birth certificate
