"Premeditated murder"......... premeditated murder?? Isn't that harch for the MSNBC crowd??

Hasan was in the military, about to deply to Afghanistan. Hasan's job required him to counsel combat veterns of the Iran, Afghanistan WOT......ooops....Overseas Contingency Operation now right???

Hasan NEVER served in combat so these counseling sessions of combat vets must have been where he contracted PTSD.
Many witnesses heard Hasan say Allahu Akbar (God is Great) as he opened fire but MSNBC, the Overseas Contingency Operation, miranda rights for terrorists, will try to convince the kool-aid swillers this was a man caused disater, a tragedy by a deranged Virginia Tech, Columbine killer.

The MSNBC crowd will loath informing the "yes we can" kool-aid swillers, thanks to the Patriot Act, Hasan had several telephone and email contacts and conversations with a KNOWN al-Qaida recruiter in Yemen. This al-Qaida recruiter, as recently as JULY, called for American Muslims in the military to rise up and kill their fellow soldiers..........EXACTLY WHAT HASAN DID!!!!!!!!!!!!

PREMEDITATED MURDERS............... sure...................... after eight of no domestic terrorist attacks at home under Bush our kiss blower in Chief and his media will call it anything but what it was......... TERRORISM.

couple of things:
1) the Senate is investigating what exactly? The PC, oh-so-sensitive bunch of weenies that we have become? If Hasan had been bounced from the Army, the list of people filing lawsuits and lobbing charges of profiling would stretch cross-country. If anything, the person leading the movement would be the more likely to be kicked out.

2) while the Army can seek the death penalty, it is even more meaningless than the civilian version, except for that practiced in Texas. Ft Leavenworth has a few guys on death row; in a previous life, I covered the trial of one and he's spend more time there than he has as an adult. Hasan will never be executed if for no other reason than the potential political fallout.

I don't think it was a mistake by the media on the first day of this to come out with stuff about the shooter's mental sanity. Because , when the other stuff came out about his muslim ties and all the crap he was spouting his lawyer can come up with an insanity plea. Nothing about this shooting other than the victims should have been released because now anyhting that the Army or the government find on this guy and try to use it aginst him will be tainted. It will be a while before the families of these victims see any kind of justice. Cuz it will become a circus.

Obama is ordering all Intel on the killer Muslim to be turned over to the white house? Normally I would think that might be a good thing but there is always the whistleblower theory to consider and the potential that there is incriminating details to be classified. There is a connection that took place during the transition into the white house. Rahms head is going to explode all over the "Situation room"?????

The Muslim murderer is charged with 13 counts of premeditated murder. He should also be charged with the murder of the unborn baby. Of course, that cannot be premeditated. Or can it? Nonetheless, fry him.

I heard this morning that the murderer may be paralyzed from the waist down. Gee, who will be carring for and paying for this muslim for his entire life. Great way for him to recruit, huh? Not only recruit but, he will be pampered, also. Sickening.

Never should he have worked and be asked to speak as an isolated person on a subject. Maybe, Fort Hood should be evaluated for aspects of Global Ethics or Providence Ethics (working) of the United States.


The military environment is not Global Ethics (damages); a draft can be sign for Russia or Berlin.
