Fifty-three percent of voters disapprove of President Obama's handling of health care compared to 40 percent who approve, with 7 percent undecided, according to a Marist poll conducted Dec. 2-3 and Dec. 7. In October, the disapproval margin in the Marist survey was a lesser 49 percent to 44 percent.
Independents disapprove by a 60 percent to 33 percent margin. That's up from the 53 percent to 39 percent disapproval ratio among them in October.
