Obama Tells New Houston Mayor He's 'Watching and Very Proud'

President Obama left a voice-mail for Houston Mayor-elect Annise Parker congratulating her on her victory. Parker is the first openly gay mayor of Texas' largest city. Obama told her that he hoped to see or speak with her soon, and that he is "watching and very proud."
