Three were killed and five more wounded in a shooting at an industrial plant in St. Louis, local news channel KSDK 5 reports. St. Louis police said they were unsure if the shooter, who was armed with an assault rifle, was one of the dead.
Three of the wounded are said to be in critical condition, and two others are stable.
The shooting took place Thursday morning at ABB Power, Inc., a Swiss-based company makes power transmission and industrial automation equipment. The St. Louis Business Journal reports that the alleged gunman had previously filed a class-action lawsuit against the company over its retirement benefits.
