Sarah Palin's Daughter Launches Public Relations Firm

Bristol Palin, daughter of former Alaska governor Sarah Palin, has founded her own public relations firm, according to documents filed with the state Commerce Department.

The company, based in Anchorage, will be known as BSMP LLC, according to Bloomberg. Bristol Palin signed the documents as the organizer. Her full name is Bristol Sharon Marie Palin.

Bristol Palin, 19, made headlines when it was learned she was pregnant while her mother was running for vice president. She gave birth to a son, Tripp, in December 2008, and has since broken up with the boy's father, Levi Johnston.

She has since promoted abstinence as a way to avoid teen pregnancies.
