According to court documents filed Wednesday in Alaska, Bristol Palin is demanding $1,750 per month in child support from Levi Johnston, the father of her son, Tripp, TMZ reports. Palin's court affidavit says she believes Johnston has earned "in excess of $105,000 in 2009 through various media interviews and modeling-related activities" -- a reference to Johnston's appearance in Playgirl, for which he was paid an undisclosed sum.Alaska law requires non-custodial parents to pay 20 percent of their income up to a salary of $105,000. Palin's court request says Johnston has paid a total of $4,400 since Tripp was born 13 months ago: $3,000 in September, and $1,400 in December.
"Bristol has provided nearly 100 percent of the care and custody for the parties' child, Tripp, since his birth," her lawyers wrote.
