Sixty-two percent of voters say that President Obama is better at campaigning than he is at governing, according to a Fox News/Opinion Dynamics poll conducted Feb. 23-24. Seventeen percent credit him for being better at governing, 11 percent say he is good at both, 4 percent say he is good at neither and 6 percent are undecided.

Fifty-four percent of Democrats say he is good at governing or good at both (32 percent and 22 percent, respectively) while 38 percent say he is better at campaigning. Eighty-three percent of Republicans say he is better at campaigning than governing. Sixty-seven percent of independents share that view, while 11 percent say Obama is better at governing and 12 percent say he is good at both.

Those surveyed were read a recent quote from Vice President Joseph Biden who said of the public mood Sunday "We get it. We understand why they're angry." Asked if they thought the Obama administration "gets it," 50 percent said "no" while 45 percent said "yes," with 5 percent undecided. Seventy-three percent of Democrats said the administration gets it compared to 44 percent of independents and 19 percent of Republicans.
