Jane Norton is way ahead of the GOP field for that party's nomination, according to a Public Policy Polling survey conducted March 5-8.Bennet leads Romanoff, 40 percent to 34 percent, with 26 percent undecided.
Norton leads her closest competitor, Weld County District Attorney Ken Buck, by 34 percent to 17 percent, with 32 percent undecided and all other candidates in single digits.
A PPP poll released last week said that in a general election match-up, Bennet was tied with Norton at 43 percent each, with 14 percent undecided, and Romanoff led Norton by 44 percent to 39 percent, with 17 percent undecided.
