Palin Denies Internet Speculation That She Had 'Work' Done

It's come to this. Former Gov. Sarah Palin of Alaska has publicly denied Internet rumors that she had breast enhancement surgery.

It all started when the 2008 Republican vice presidential candidate showed up at the Belmont Stakes in New York a week ago in an outfit that some thought made her look, well, bustier than she had previously appeared.
Sarah Palin
Fox News' host Greta Van Susteren asked her directly about the speculation on her show "On the Record." "No I have not had implants," Palin said. "I can't believe we're even talking about this."

"I think a report like that is about as real and truthful as those reports that Todd and I are divorcing," she said. The rumor mongers, Palin said, should "get a shovel [and] go down to the gulf" to help with the oil spill cleanup.

Our New Approach to Comments

In an effort to encourage the same level of civil dialogue among Politics Daily’s readers that we expect of our writers – a “civilogue,” to use the term coined by PD’s Jeffrey Weiss – we are requiring commenters to use their AOL or AIM screen names to submit a comment, and we are reading all comments before publishing them. Personal attacks (on writers, other readers, Nancy Pelosi, George W. Bush, or anyone at all) and comments that are not productive additions to the conversation will not be published, period, to make room for a discussion among those with ideas to kick around. Please read our Help and Feedback section for more info.

She is the embodiment of white middle class America. At least she works out - that takes discipline. She cares about her looks - its a shame that she does not work on her intellect as much as her looks. But then again, she knows peoplecare more about how she looks than what she says. Middle classs America wants a Barbie doll running their government. Their identification with Sarah assures them that even they can run the most important job in the world - what a grand delusion.

Sarah Palin, had what it took to be a beauty queen, she likes the big spotlight, and being the actress that she is, breast augmentation is something she would. Now she might have probably done to herself a lift a maintenance job, which is not a bigger fill but rather a lift. She take care of her image very well, she lives to look good and give the world a good looks of her persona. She might visit the gym 5 days per week, personal trainer, massages, pedy, mani, eating well. Nothing is wrong with that she is vane, narcissist, and live to look good, she knows that her looks is the hook to most of her follower. Is she fit to run a mile or 2 I seriously doubt it. Can she run a beauty contest yes, can she advise women on how to look great? yes! Can she cook good yes, she is the perfect housewife..The only house where she belongs is her own, or a pink house not the white house. I really don't know what maccain was thinking when she picked her must have been her looks, that is it, her looks. How about any brains to run the big WH. nah. we need beauty like Sarah's. people wake up and smell the coffee how in the world anybody can be paying any attention to this doll? Well, well Maccain picked her up, she must be smart, nah wrong again, Don't you see people that all she is doing is using you, to sell her books, to make tons of money from you, this is transparent I can't believe you can't see as well as I do. So there it is Palin unmasked..what a shame, people don't waste your time and put your eyes and vote on somebody more real, more educated on how to fix this country, not on a baby-doll...

Palin has more sense then any of those in Washington right now and i would imagine that she would do a better job also.

Intelligent persons know when to just ignore outlandish claims. However, those seeking the limelight don't especially care. As long as it keeps their name out there. The Salahi's for example? Sarah has not learned what's appropriate - not ready then, not ready now.

Palin has had nothing but rocks thrown at her since becoming a VP candidate.
She's a good person, smart, and has a lot more going for her then most.
I support her 1000 %

Palin is a beautiful woman, inside and out, with no need to make superficial enhancements. People continue to ask why there is so much publicity about Gov Palin, yet it is the Left mudslingers who continue to keep her in the limelight with their irrational barbs. What's the endgame here? What drives this constant badgering? Jealousy? Fear?
