In the 10 Republican districts that were polled, the GOP had a comfortable 53 percent to 37 percent margin.Lets start with dump Harry Reid and his croonies...This November will be the begining of a second American Revolution to take this country back from the brink of self destructions...Harry Reid symbolize what's wrong with Washington D.C. and Obama's policies.

Record unemployment, glimpses of soaring energy costs, a severely divided nation, and now a disaster that, by all appearances, obama has intentionally dragged his feet on in order to justify and further his agenda. Whether you want to admit it he has done absolutely nothing to stop this oil deluge in the Gulf. Making four trips down there don't quantify as doing something, don't care how you spin it. He did not accept help from any of the 17 countries that offered help, and the Dutch have expert training on this and he refused their help. The Navy has not be mobilized, and the Army Corps of Engineers is idle. If you think Drake's numbers are bad now, wait a couple more months. This problem is not going away, and anyone standing next to obama during these next couple of months will be a lame duck candidate.

Amazing
I hope these polls encourage the Dems and independents who don't want the party of No and even worse, Palin's crazies to gain any power GET OUT IN NUMBERS in November. We have the numbers on our side, we just need to get out the vote. The more the violence the tea partiers advocate in their campaign, the easier this may be!

You should by now understand the the "Obama Plan of hope and change" is clearly unpopular and maybe the (timely) undoing of the dems for a few(or more) years, generations, eons, etc.
Assuming that the House and the Senate turn over(I'd make book on it)what will you retort. Will the sound of the collective gasp be deafening?
You(collectively) wanted the loyal opposition to bend and bow(just like you know who) and accept that we, as conservatives were some unspecified class of obtuse savant...We did not know what was best for us and that you, thru your good graces ,would show us the way .
Will you be so accepting and gracious if the tide of soiled oil has turned against your favorite son(sun).
I think it is time to begin to come to terms with the fact that you(collectively) maybe be in the political dog(out)house for a well deserved length of time....probably directly proportional to the time it takes for this mess (administration) to be mopped up.
we are just 140 days(but whose counting) away from the confirmation of policy and party that both sides seek..Who's gonna belly up to the betting window first.
What will happen if the Republicans do get control of the House and Senate? They will try to repeal health care reform because they don't care if 48,000 die each year because of no health care. They will suspend all capital gains taxes so the speculators will not pay any taxes on the billions they will make. They only pay 15% now but that is too much for them. They will kill all reform on Wall Street. They will allow Health Insurance Companies to have no limits on what they charge. They will enlage the tax breaks for the rich so they can get donatins from the rich to finance their campaigns.

June 15 2010 at 4:42 PM Report abuse Permalink +17 rate up rate down ReplyThe political armegeden for the Democrates is just around the corner in Nov. The polls show it! The sentiment of the people is they are fed up with Pelosi, Reid, and Obama. They have forgoten who THEY work for! As far as the President goes he seems to always be a day(s) late in every decision he makes! Now the Gulf states will pay for this indecision!

If you compare the Great One's actions since the oil crisis began, the fact is he's done nothing. Now, if you consider Emanuel's comment, fits in real good with the tax and Trade agenda, doesn't it? I hope someone uses this on the campaign trail as a reminder of what we all got for this "Hopey, Changey" thing. As the Tennesse Volunteers would probably say, "Remember the Gulf Oil Mess!"

June 15 2010 at 6:15 PM Report abuse Permalink +10 rate up rate down Replythe democrats might lose some seats but most of this is right wing spin. And you have to realize that republicans actually poll worse than the Dems do but the poll isnt telling you that because the repubs are out of power. Sure they are going to lose some seats but to think that America wants to run back to republican rule is just plain hog wash, spin and wishfull thinking by the same people that have been throwing the temper tantrum since Obama got in. Im a moderate independant and I for one have not forgotten what President Obama has been handed. And now the Gulf has been added to what was already on his plate and hes not the one who loaded it.
