What a week at the White House. A prime-time address from the Oval Office -- only the second of Barack Obama's presidency -- on the implications of the withdrawal of U.S. combat troops from Iraq. Twenty-four hours later, that event is followed by the start of high-stakes, high-profile Mideast peace talks between Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas.
