She said Reid is the candidate who will continue Kenny Guinn's push for improved education, which he believed was "the single most important element to a successful life, vibrant state and strong economy."In a statement, Reid expressed appreciation for the former first lady's endorsement.
"I am deeply honored to have the support of Dema Guinn, a woman I greatly respect not only for her commitment to the state of Nevada, but for her love of her late husband and my friend, Governor Kenny Guinn. Dema's strength over these past few months has been inspiring to all Nevadans who had so much respect for Kenny, and all the great things he and his wife did for our state," the Senate Majority leader said.

Who knows if he would have done the same thing. This is the wife of the late Mr. Quinn. Many times the spouses are not of the same belief's that the other spouse is.
