Though former RNC political director Gentry Collins has dropped out of the race -- saying that any of the other challengers "would do a fine job leading the committee through the 2012 Election cycle" -- Cino still finds herself a long-shot candidate in the Jan. 14 vote.Maria is a devout Roman Catholic and stands with us in our opposition to abortion. Maria has also stood with us in our battle just to get to the House of Representatives. Her work at View Pac has enabled women from all over the country to make our voices heard here in Washington.
I'm a fiscal conservative and vote Republican almost exclusively; however, I'm deeply concerned w/talk only of abortion, not education and prevention. It's the law and a personal, private matter. The Right distances itself from Independents that would vote Republican save for this narrow focus. Why is there no public or party outcry for education and prevention?! Conservatives ignore and lose millions of votes because they won't support a different approach. We should prepare our youth to make healthy decisions and set an example by being realistic and supportive and stop the preaching!

As soon as they are elected, they drop it like a hot potato! There will ALWAYS be abortions. The question is do we value women's lives enough to have them be legal or do we condemn women to back ally butchers as we did before?
