A Northern California native, Frances Tobin is a junior at San Francisco State University studying Journalism and Political Science. She is a former editor in chief and reporter for Sacramento City College’s student paper. In addition to her studies and writing, Frankie enjoys exploring the Bay Area and covering its local news, art and entertainment.
