With help from 911 dispatcher Shawn Pistorius, the 13-year-old boy helped his mom through the birth of his new sister. His mother didn't even know she was pregnant. "She had told me she didn't know she was pregnant, but she thought she was having a baby," Pistorius, 42, told Pittsburgh's WTAE. Investigators in Broward County say 28-year-old Matthew Wade Douglas Jr. is responsible for two obscene 911 calls in which a man graphically described symptoms -- and raunchy home remedies -- following an alleged overdose on the impotence drug Viagra. But the president wanted the so-called Patriot Act continued until 2013 and this extension is only for 90 days.
