By David Knowles - AOL News(July 22) -- In U.S. District Court today, Judge Susan Bolton offered conflicting clues as to how she might rule regarding the implementation of Arizona's controversial illegal immigration law on July 29. In two separate hearings, Bolton heard arguments for and against the law, as well as those representing the state of Arizona.
