Pat Quinn in Illinois' gubernatorial contest by 45 percent to 38 percent with 7 percent preferring someone else and 10 percent undecided, according to a Rasmussen Reports poll conducted April 5. The margin of error is 4.5 points. This is a 3 point pickup for Quinn compared to last month's poll. Quinn is seen unfavorably by 59 percent of voters and favorably by 37 percent, with 5 percent not being sure of their opinion of him. Pat Quinn by 43 percent to 33 percent in Illinois' gubernatorial contest, according to a Public Policy Polling survey conducted April 1-5. Twenty-four percent are undecided. The margin of error is 4 points. Quinn has not had a good run since taking over the job after Rod Blagojevich was removed from the job last year in the wake of a variety of corruption charges.
