Obama, in remarks Friday, called on Congress to enact a package of tax breaks and loan incentives to help America's small businesses expand and hire more workers. "Small businesses have been hit hard by the recession," he said. "From the middle of 2007 to the end of 2008, small businesses lost 2.4 million jobs."
