NY Gov. David Paterson Likely to Avoid Charges in Aide's Domestic Case

New York Democratic Gov. David Paterson's involvement in a top aide's domestic violence case betrayed poor judgment but did not rise to the level of a criminal offense, a retired judge investigating the matter says in a report. Former New York State Appeals Court Chief Judge Judith S.
