By Lynn Sweet - Politics DailyPresident Obama said Tuesday "a mix of human and systemic failures" led to suspected terrorist Umar Farouk Abdulmutallab being able to board Northwest Flight 253 on Christmas Day with explosive materials hidden in his underwear. The president has demanded a preliminary review completed by Thursday of airline screening procedures and how information on terrorist watch lists is shared by law enforcement officials.
