Southern California's Huntington Beach Police Department is considering public shaming on Facebook as a strategy for combating drunken drivers. The Orange County city had 274 alcohol-related collisions and 1,687 drunken driving arrests last year alone, ranking it among California's most drunken-driver-addled urban areas, according to a July report cited by the Los Angeles Times.
