Here's a roundup of polls released Tuesday for Senate and governor races in California, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Maine, Michigan, Missouri, New Hampshire, Nevada, Ohio, Oregon, Washington, West Virginia and Wisconsin. California Democratic incumbent Barbara Boxer is leading Republican Carly Fiorina by 48 percent to 44 percent in the Senate race with 3 percent preferring some other candidate and 5 percent undecided. GOP's Paul LePage Leads Democrat Elizabeth Mitchell in Maine Governor Race

Republican Paul LePage holds a double-digit lead over Democrat Elizabeth Mitchell for the governor's seat in Maine being vacated by Democrat John Baldacci, according to a Critical Insights poll conducted Sept. 13 for Maine newspapers. LePage, mayor of Waterville and head of a discount store chain, leads Mitchell, a state senator, by 38 percent to 25 percent with 11 percent for independent Eliot Cutler, whose involvement in politics had mostly been with Democrats, and independent Shawn Moody, owner of a chain of auto body shops.
