Mark Foley: 'Inappropriate' to Comment on 'Conduct' of Max Baucus

Former Republican Rep. Mark Foley of Florida Tuesday had second thoughts about the propriety of his accusation that Sen. Max Baucus, a Montana Democrat, was inebriated while speaking on the Senate floor about health care on December 22.
