G. I. Joe: Not an American Hero

First, Superman was made to stand for truth, justice and "all that stuff" instead of "the American way." Now, in Hollywood's continual disavowal of all things American, a new Paramount movie is transforming G.I Joe into G.I.J.O.E.: Global Integrated Joint Operating Entity. Rather than the "real American hero" of our youth (since the 1940s), G.I.J.O.E. wil become "an international, coed task force" based out of Brussels. G.I Joe isn't an American anymore!
