Jim Traficant, the weave-wearing, bold talking, convicted felon and former congressman who once called Congress "a big whore house," told a Youngstown, Ohio, business group Tuesday that he wants his old job back and will run for it in 2010.According to the Youngstown Business Journal, Traficant declared to 35 members of the local Biz Society, "I'm going to run for Congress somewhere."
