If anything, it is amazing that Fred Thompson was able to raise as much money as he did in Q3. The more you hear the man on the campaign trail, the more you wonder how he got this far. He's just not good at thinking on his feet. He seems to stumble into a sentence without a clue as to how to finish it. His metaphors are all over the place.
