Maryland Gov. Martin O'Malley is locked in a tight contest with Republican Bob Ehrlich in a grudge match rerun. O'Malley ousted the incumbent Ehrlich in 2006, and now Ehrlich is itching for another go at his Democratic opponent.Democratic Sen. Barbara Mikulski is expected to win her fifth term easily.The most vulnerable House incumbent appears to be freshman Democrat Frank Kratovil, who is seeking re-election in the 1st District. Obama won Maryland in 2008.
