Chris Van Hollen (D-Md.) that would limit the recent Supreme Court decision allowing unlimited campaign spending by corporations. Reps. Mike Castle is leading Democrat Christopher Coons, the New Castle County Executive, by 53 percent to 35 percent with 12 percent undecided, according to a Daily Kos/Research 2000 poll conducted Feb. 22-24.
