Obama Administration to Allow Photographs of War Dead

The Pentagon said today that it will lift the ban on media photographers covering the repatriation ceremonies for American war dead at Dover Air Force Base in Delaware. President Barack Obama had asked Defense Secretary Robert Gates to review the policy, which was first put in place prior to the first Gulf War in 1991 by President George H. W.
