The Justice Department will launch a criminal probe into the destruction of videotaped terroist interrogations in late 2005. Attorney General Michael Mukasey said today that agreed with the National Security Division of the Justice Department in its recommendation for an investigation into the actions of CIA officials surrounding the tapes' destruction.
