Democrat Mary Jo Kilroy was a member of the Columbus Board of Education and the Franklin County Board of Commissioners before being elected to the U.S. House two years ago.
Steve Stivers
Republican Steven Stivers was a state senator from 2003-05 and has been a member of the Army National Guard since 1985. Stivers lost the 2008 House race to Mary Jo Kilroy by only 2,311 votes.
