Sen. John Cornyn (R-Texas) is insisting the Senate review documents from Supreme Court nominee Elena Kagan's time in the Clinton administration before holding a confirmation hearing. Two more senators, John Cornyn (R-Texas) and Orrin Hatch (R-Utah), said Friday they'll vote to oppose Sonia Sotomayor's nomination to the Supreme Court.
