HARTFORD, Conn. (Nov. 4) -- Connecticut's race for governor remained undecided Thursday night as local election officials continued to tally votes. Secretary of the State Susan Bysiewicz had intended to announce the final unofficial tally Thursday afternoon. Jodi Rell are all running ahead of the two Republicans eyeing her seat, according to a Public Policy Polling survey conducted Jan. 4-5. Rell decided not to seek another term.
