By Steve Pendlebury - AOL News(Dec. 8) -- A new Rasmussen survey gives Tea Partiers reason to celebrate and might point the way for the Republican Party going into next year's elections. In a three-way generic congressional contest, 36 percent of those polled picked the Democrat, 23 percent chose the hypothetical Tea Party candidate and 18 percent backed the Republican.
