House Passes Health Care Overhaul in Historic Win for Democrats

The House of Representatives voted 219 to 212 late Sunday night to approve a sweeping overhaul of the health insurance industry after more than a year of planning, debate, delay and frequent internal party disarray among Democrats in Washington.
