(Nov. 11) -- Europe's air safety regulator says a midair explosion aboard a Qantas jumbo jet last week was probably caused by an oil fire in one of the plane's four Rolls-Royce engines and is ordering all airlines to examine and possibly ground planes that use the same type of turbine.
