(Oct. 26) -- In politics, timing can be everything. Today, following a judge's order, tea party Senate candidate Joe Miller's personnel file was made public, just days before Alaskans prepare to vote. The file contains a letter written by Miller in which he takes responsibility for his actions on March 12, 2008, when he was found to have violated ethical conduct when working for the Fairbanks North Star Borough, where he was employed as an attorney.
