Back in the United States, Armstrong faces a federal investigation into doping allegations made by Floyd Landis, Armstrong's former teammate on the U.S. Postal Service team. On Thursday it was reported by the Daily Journal that Armstrong, seven-time winner of the Tour de France, has hired criminal defense lawyer Bryan D. Daly to represent him in the doping investigation.
