Three teenagers in southwestern Pennsylvania have been arrested on charges that they assaulted three other teens, which was discovered after another teen posted a video of the incident on Facebook. "This is the first case like this my department has handled," Chief Randy Cox, of the Somerset Borough Police Department, told AOL News. A 6-year-old boy who had been bullied because he liked to wear pink was stabbed in the neck at his preschool in central Sweden, media reports said today. The boy, identified only as Oskar, was picked on because he liked pink clothes, nail polish and ballet, Jönköpings-Posten newspaper said. Score one for the bullied. New Jersey lawmakers have passed a law against harassment in schools that will require educators to adhere to an "Anti-Bullying Bill of Rights." The measure sailed through the state General Assembly and Senate by wide margins Monday and now heads to to the desk of Gov. Chris Christie, The Associated Press reported.
