By Mark Impomeni - Politics DailyPresident Barack Obama will reportedly meet face-to-face with Venezuelan dictator and avowed enemy of the United States Hugo Chavez later this year when he attends the Summit of the Americas in Port of Spain, Trinidad and Tobago. During the Democratic primary campaign, Obama said that he would meet in person with the heads of Iran, North Korea, Syria, Cuba, and Venezuela without pre-conditions during his first year in office. While he spent the rest of the campaign trying to walk back that promise, saying that there would be unspecified "preparations" before he met with any of the five rogue ...
