Topless Feminists Protest 'Win a Wife' Competition

A feminist group in Ukraine has protested a radio station competition to "win a wife" in the most eye-catching way possible -- by removing clothes. The Femen Movement is angered by a contest organized by a New Zealand radio station that offered a listener the opportunity to travel to Ukraine and meet women. Nine women protested in wintry Kiev by going topless and holding aloft banners that claimed "Ukraine is not a brothel" and "Welcome to hell." "Femen warns the lucky winner of the New Zealand competition that he can expect an unhappy ending in Ukraine," activist Olexandra Shevchenko ...

'Monopoly' Fanatics Have a Monopoly on Weirdness

Almost everyone has played Monopoly, but for some people it's a way of life. In fact, some people have gone so far as to have their backs tattooed with a complete Monopoly board, while others have decorated their bathrooms in a Monopoly scheme. Filmmaker Kevin Tostado isn't that obsessed, but he still dreams of being a Monopoly champion and representing the U.S. in the world championships in 2013. Michael J. "If we're serious about fighting for American jobs and American businesses, one of the most importrant things we can do is open up more markets to American goods around the world." Obama said the deal reached with China during President Hu Jintao's visit to Washington would bulk up U.S. exports to ...

From Saturday to Wednesday, hundreds of beer pong enthusiasts from across the globe will descend on the Flamingo Hotel & Casino for the epic ball-and-beer showdown hosted by ...

Whose God Rescued the Chilean Miners?

Whose God Rescued the Chilean Miners?

As the dramatic rescue of the 33 Chilean miners trapped more than 2,000 feet underground wound to a happy, indeed miraculous ending, one of the great and emblematic lines of the saga was delivered by a miner who sent a letter up on Tuesday, the day before he made the journey to the surface. "There are actually 34 of us," 19-year-old Jimmy Sanchez wrote, "because God has never left us down here." Amen, a watching world would agree. But now the question has become, exactly whose God was down there with Jimmy Sanchez and the others? Different churches are laying claim to inspiring divine ...
