(Aug. 17) -- If all goes according to plan, the Obama administration will make it slightly easier for Americans to travel to Cuba in the future, the New York Times reported today. The plan would effectively return the country's travel restriction policies to those in effect under President Clinton, who allowed groups like athletic teams, universities, museums and chambers of commerce to conduct exchanges with Cuban counterparts.
