(Aug. 13) -- This week, VisitBritain, the national tourism agency of the United Kingdom, circulated a document called "Delivering a First Class Welcome." It's a list of etiquette do's and don'ts to help native Britons deal with the influx of foreign visitors sure to accompany the 2012 Summer Olympics, which will be held in London. The guide was written by members of the VisitBritain staff who hailed from the countries in question. If there was any drama in last night's blowout wins by Barack Obama and John McCain, it waited until after the victors had been decided.
