The FBI arrested the 31-year-old Santa Ana, Calif., man today, alleging he had hacked into dozens of computers and extorted sexually explicit videos from his female victims. The Boston Democrat was arrested in October 2008 when prosecutors accused her of accepting $23,500 in bribes to obtain a liquor license for a new nightclub called Dejavu.
