Delivering a speech to the Federalist Society on Thursday night, Attorney General Michael Mukasey began slurring his words, went rigid, then collapsed before a shocked crowd. When the incident occurred, Mukasey was detailing what he saw as the Bush Administration's successes in the war on terror.
