The relevant portion is 33:00 to 44:00 or so, the exchange between Senator Gregg and Treasury Secretary Geithner. About a month ago, it was expected that Gregg would be carrying water for an Obama administration, in the cabinet, as Commerce Secretary. Gregg later withdrew as a candidate citing differences over the stimulus as one cause. As the above video reveals, Gregg would have had a swollen tongue most of the time.
