James von Brunn, the 89-year-old man charged with killing a guard in a shooting at Washington's Holocaust museum, has died in a prison hospital. A spokesperson with North Carolina's Butner federal prison said von Brunn died Wednesday afternoon. Von Brunn suffered from a variety of health problems, including congestive heart failure, according to the Associated Press.
