Russoniello announced Thursday. Real estate agent Mabelle de la Rosa Dann, 46, was found guilty last year of conspiring to smuggle the victim from Peru in 2006, bringing her to suburban Walnut Creek, Calif., and forcing her to cook, clean and provide child care for 21 months.
